ELECTRONICS REVIEW
RoamCharge 65W GaN Charger Review
A compact three-port charger that handles a laptop, phone and watch without drama.
OUR VERDICT
An excellent travel replacement for multiple charging bricks.
Best for: Travelers with USB-C devices
What we like
Very compact
Stable 65W laptop output
Foldable prongs
What to know
Ports are tightly spaced
Power splits when all ports are used
Performance
Single-port output sustained full laptop charging and two-device behavior matched the clearly printed allocation chart.
We focused on repeatable, everyday tasks rather than edge-case demonstrations. The goal was to see whether RoamCharge 65W stays predictable when the novelty wears off and it becomes part of a normal routine.
Design and daily use
The casing stays warm rather than hot and the folding prongs hold firmly after repeated use.
Controls, cleanup, storage and small sources of friction all influenced the final score. A good product should be easy to live with, not just impressive in a specification table.
Value
Excellent below $45, especially when it can replace two or three original chargers.
Amazon prices move frequently, so we recommend comparing the current price with the range discussed here before buying.
The bottom line
An excellent travel replacement for multiple charging bricks. It earns a MEHOO score of 9.2/10.
